These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Mississippi, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Hinds County, Mississippi.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Blackline Capital Partners with respect to your use of the Site and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
